RecoverFunds UK provides financial fraud investigation and fund recovery advisory services. Our services are provided entirely free of charge to clients. We derive our revenue exclusively from European Blockchain Network institutional compensation mechanisms.
RecoverFunds UK will never charge clients any fees. If you receive a request for payment from anyone purporting to represent RecoverFunds UK, this is fraudulent. Please report it immediately to us and to Action Fraud UK.
While we endeavour to assist all clients, we cannot guarantee the recovery of funds in every case. Recovery depends on multiple factors including the type of fraud, jurisdiction, and available evidence. We will always provide an honest assessment of your case viability.
By using our services, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information, cooperate with our investigation process, not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity, and use our services only for lawful purposes.
All information you provide is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
RecoverFunds UK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid by you to us (which is zero, given our free service model).
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
